Philip Philips is Chief Executive Officer of Holiday Group, has been contributed diligently in revamping the organization structure and embarking into an IT savvy organization. His enthusiasm and innovative management skills has facilities the strengthening of the organization activity and financial strength. Philip was instrumental in setting up new sites for retail shops and Duty Free operations as part of the expansion drive.

Philip in his previous assignments has had extensive experience and has managed Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Engineering business units. He has a versatile exposure for both Multi-national and national organizations, where he has managed multi-disciplined business units and profit centers. He has developed strategies and business acquisition models which are still used in conglomerates like Honeywell and Thomas & Betts (ABB).

Philip has developed new business development/growth for Holiday Group and has re-structuring/re-engineering businesses to maximize profitability.

Philip started off as an enthusiastic engineer working for Schneider Electric Switchgear franchise, where he learned the mechanics of manufacturing and assembly units. Subsequently he was deployed into Sales and Business development, where he secured the negotiation skills. Subsequently he was deployed by MK Electric to manage distribution network in Middle East & Africa. As MK Electric, was acquired by Honeywell, Philip was part of integration team and was inducted into ELV and project management systems. Later Philip was head hunted by Thomas & Betts, which was acquired by ABB where he managed ELV business unit.

Before joining Holiday Group in 2008, Philip managed his own business venture, investing into Electrical products and setting up distribution network for products represented by his company. Philip holds a Bachelorís degree in Engineering from Pune University and double Masters in Marketing and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
